If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.
Items lost or damaged
If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been dispatched but you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us 01536 460031 or email us email@example.com with your order number and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
For lost or damaged items we usually replace them straight away if they are still available in stock or you will have to option to choose another item or a full refund. We will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
