What is your returns policy and how do I return an item?
The item I’d like isn’t in stock, can I check when you’ll be getting it in stock?
The best thing to do is to give us a call! Unfortunately, we don’t accept orders for “pre-ordering” a product, but if you make us aware your intent to buy, we can make a note to “reserve” one and contact you once we receive delivery.
I haven’t received my order, what can I do?
Give us a call or drop us an e-mail, when you contact us, if you can provide as much order information as possible to help us identify your order, we’ll be able to find as much information as possible for you!
Do you offer product exchanges?
Yes we do! Please check our returns policy, it’s as simple as leaving a little note inside the return stating which item you’d like to exchange to.
